Punctuality
The scheduled time slot is reserved exclusively for the patient.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellation Deadline
The patient can cancel or reschedule their appointment free of charge up to 4 hours in advance.
Cancellations should preferably be communicated by phone or WhatsApp.
If you fail to notify us of your absence from the session, you will be responsible for paying for it, except in cases of compelling reasons.
Non-attendance
Failure to appear on time without prior notice is considered an absence.
Clinic Law
The clinic also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances with the professional, contacting the patient to reschedule the date as soon as possible.
Conduct in the Clinic Environment
Objective: To maintain a pleasant, quiet, and respectful environment for everyone.
Keep your phone on silent mode.
Children should be supervised by their guardians at all times.
Smoking and the consumption of any type of alcoholic beverage are prohibited on the clinic premises.
Respect the privacy of other patients by avoiding loud conversations in the waiting room.
